Job description

A well-established residential home builder is seeking a Purchasing Agent with 3–5 years of construction experience. Strong computer skills are preferred. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with bonus opportunities in addition to salary.

You will work with a knowledgeable and supportive team in a fast-paced environment, handling purchasing, estimating, and daily communication with trades and construction staff while using a modern construction management software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase and coordinate trades for new construction projects
• Create Master Purchase Orders (POs) in the construction management system
• Issue POs and resolve issues for assigned projects
• Pull and manage permits for assigned projects
