Invitation Homes LP seeks a Purchasing Assistant-ResiBuilt to support purchasing and construction departments and handle office duties. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and involves maintaining vendor qualifications, processing POs, and coordinating vendor paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years in purchasing within construction or related fields, with strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Maintain vendor packets and qualifications.
• Requests for pricing and loading price changes.
• Revising/updating features lists.
• Updating projects vendor lists.
• Keeping all plans updated.
• Creating new project and/or product binders.
• Coordinate all paperwork for vendors.
• Process purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceed.
• Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct where appropriate.
• Make all company purchases with approval from management.
• Conduct an office supply inventory monthly and order as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
