Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress and identify issues that may slow or disrupt work.
• Provide direction to contractors and outside professionals on project expectations.
• Confirm materials, inspections, and testing meet required standards.
• Review and evaluate proposed changes to determine their impact on project needs.
• Maintain accurate project records through the department's electronic system.
• Serve as a point of contact for agencies to reduce disruptions during construction activities.
