Job summary

DeAngelis Diamond seeks a Project Support Specialist to join our Tampa team. You will manage vendor/subcontractor setup, permit liaison duties, and Procore documentation to keep projects on schedule.

You should be a strong communicator, able to read plans, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate with the project team. Associate degree preferred; Notary and Procore certification within 30 days a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a construction-related industry.
• Associate's Degree in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Notary Public (within 30 days).
• Procore Certification (within 30 days).
• Ability to read plans and building specs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire information for new vendors/subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Assist with vendor set-ups and insurance certificates.
• Issue and track commitments/purchase orders.
• Serve as Permit Liaison and submit/track permits.
• Upload drawings and specs to Procore for the project team.
• Assist with submittal logs and onsite meetings.
