Job summary

DeAngelis Diamond is a national construction management firm seeking a Project Support Specialist in Naples, FL. You will coordinate vendors, assist with setup and insurance, and manage approvals and purchase orders to keep project schedules on track.

You will also upload drawings to Procore, build submittal logs, attend onsite meetings, and help gather closeout documentation, while applying SOPs and engaging with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with project stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Experience with construction-related processes and permitting systems.

Responsibilities

• Acquire information for vendors/subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Assist with vendor set-ups and insurance certificates.
• Issue and track Commitments/Purchase Orders per SOPs.
• Serve as Permit Liaison and manage permit submissions.
• Upload drawings/specs to Procore for project use.
• Create submittal logs and attend onsite meetings.
• Coordinate Direct Material Purchases and Direct POs.
• Assemble and collect Closeout Documents.
