Job summary

DeAngelis Diamond is hiring an Office Project Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for construction, strong communication skills, and a drive to learn our SOPs and project processes.

You will support Project Managers with change events, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications, while gaining hands-on experience in the scheduling, cost reporting, and daily operations on active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or close to completion in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to DeAngelis Diamond's SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with change events, change orders, RFI's, submittals, tracking materials, and pay applications.
• Maintain Procore, prepare cost reports, and assist with monthly project process reports.
• Support in scheduling, meeting preparation, and site observations.
• Learn and apply SOPs, and assist in estimating change orders.
