Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Project Superintendent to provide overall administrative and technical management for a large, complex construction project. You will supervise on-site activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors and consultants, and lead multiple direct reports while aligning with the project goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a Superintendent role
• Understands building plans and specifications
• Safety standards knowledge; OSHA 30 required
• OSHA 30 Hour training
• Supervisors License or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling
• Experience with cost reporting and labor production reporting
• Familiarity with corporate quality program
• Understanding of subcontract language

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe work environment.
• Proficient in safety, schedule, cost, quality, and coordinating with external partners.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractors have valid contracts and insurance certificates.
• Serve as OSHA competent person or designate others.
• Preplan operations to minimize hazards and correct risks.
• Supervise on-site construction to align with plans and specs.
• Manage project budget including cost-to-complete and changes.
• Track progress and communicate schedule at weekly meetings.
