Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for large, complex projects. You will supervise safety, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 3–7 years in construction supervision (or 7–10 years as tradesperson), and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Construction Management/Civil Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in construction or related field in a similar role, or 7-10 years in a supervisory role as a tradesperson.
• Understanding of building plans and specifications.
• OSHA 30 required and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Manage on-site construction activities with self-perform work, subcontractors and consultants for large, complex projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans for each project.
• Verify subcontractor documents and insurance prior to work on site.
• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and develop construction methods.
• Manage project budget, schedule milestones, and baseline schedule with the team.
• Track production, manage changes, and ensure compensation for all work performed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for self-perform operations.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman meetings; interface with clients and representatives.
• Participate in business development and quarterly safety meetings.
