Job summary

Weber Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site coordination, ensuring projects meet plans, specs and codes. You will manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspections, while maintaining quality control and daily logs to support timely completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, communicating with the project team, and ensuring safety and organization on site across projects in the Midwest region. This role requires strong leadership and field experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to schedule subcontractors and manage field personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and take-off measurements.
• Strong communication with project team, architects, engineers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and ensure work complies with plans and specs.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and safety standards.
• Maintain daily jobsite log and manage punch lists.
• Walk units daily to monitor progress and plan ahead.
