• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with management on schedule changes and resource needs.
• Oversee work planning, including equipment, personnel and road closures.
• Review schedules to address delays and meet milestones on time.
• Monitor production and budget; propose cost-control solutions.
• Collaborate with team to share solutions and allocate resources.
• Interact professionally with consultants, customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise project personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Plan and organize crew activities and allocate assignments.
