Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across multiple high-impact projects. The role also contributes to corporate initiatives, training development and data analytics.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of scheduling on commercial construction projects, is proficient in Primavera P6, and capable of analyzing complex drawings and schedules with minimal oversight. Domestic travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scope of work to prepare usable Baseline schedules for construction.
• Monitor project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark with owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules for executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan; communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standards; travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark University
• Critique and improve departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage special projects and other duties as necessary.
