Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects, ensuring schedules align with project goals and budgets.

You will develop baselines, monitor progress, analyze changes, and communicate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role also supports corporate initiatives including data analytics, trend reporting and Clark Corporate University training development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work for baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with Owners, subcontractors, and partners to represent Clark.
• Support development of conceptual bid schedules and present to committees.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual status vs planned and communicate changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per industry standards.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver Planning and Project Controls training.
• Suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
