Job summary

NOOTER Construction seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects. You will partner with Project Managers, field leadership, and operations to ensure on-schedule delivery and safe execution.

Using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office, you’ll analyze schedule performance, manage baselines, track milestones, assess risks, and prepare dashboards and reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related functions.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and scheduling principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects.
• Analyze schedule performance, evaluate critical path activities, and track progress.
• Update milestone dates and identify risks impacting project execution.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
