The role bridges communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while helping maintain schedules, documentation, and compliance.

• Experience in construction project administration.
• Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and schedules.
• Familiarity with project cost tracking, budgets, billing, and change orders.
• Experience supporting project closeout and construction documentation.
• Prior experience working in a construction office and collaborating with field teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and logistical support from planning through closeout.
• Bridge communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Help maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.
• Support procurement and delivery coordination to meet project timelines.
• Assist with project cost tracking, billing information, and closeout documentation.
