Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily and mixed-use projects in California. The role is on-site in Fremont, CA with a $110,000–$150,000 base salary and an annual bonus opportunity.

You will own projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams, and bring leadership to delivery on multiple California markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on multifamily projects.
• Proven working experience in construction project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• Ability to plan and see the big picture.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effective with a diverse group of professionals.
• Being detail-oriented with the ability to multitask is essential.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management software.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
