Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction in Imperial Valley, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead project direction, schedule, and financial outcomes. You will supervise contract administration, change management, procurement, and reporting to ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑time delivery while upholding our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten+ years of commercial construction project management experience on K-12 or Higher Education projects.
• Five to Ten years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Power BI for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and Zero Harm culture on projects.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Oversee project financial projections, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Lead project start-up, planning, scheduling, and coordination with owners and subcontractors.
• Direct weekly meetings and prepare Monthly Project Reporting (MPR).
• Ensure timely owner billing and payment collections.
