Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• 5–10 years of direct supervisory experience in subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with PC and standard tools (email, internet, MS Office, etc.).
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as JD Edwards and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project activities including contract administration, change orders, submittals, and scheduling.
• Maintain budget control, cost projections, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate preconstruction, buyout, and procurement with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular owner, architect, contractor meetings and reviews.
• Ensure safety culture and Zero Harm principles on site.
• Oversee project closeout, occupancy, and government approvals.
