Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Minimum ten years of commercial construction project management experience.
• At least five years supervising subcontractor work.
• Experience with project-management software and cost projections, budgeting and labor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall direction, completion and financial outcomes of projects.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, submittals and procurement.
• Lead project scheduling, administration, operations and close-out activities.
• Support customer and community relations and foster team leadership.
• Uphold Safety/Zero Harm culture across project teams.
