Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Orange County area. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project, guiding contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule requirements to ensure quality, profitable results in our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Minimum requirements include a BS in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years of commercial construction PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
