Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Construction Project Manager in Kansas City, MO to lead multi-project delivery, scope development, and scheduling while managing budgets and client expectations. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, driving due diligence and tracking financials.

This is an on-site role with travel as needed and no visa sponsorship. You will provide weekly status updates to leadership, manage risk, and ensure project objectives align

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project or construction management experience.
• Experience in project administration or accounting is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and schedule for projects and document weekly meetings.
• Coordinate vendors and general contractors; manage project files.
• Prepare status reports, process PO's and invoices, track financials.
• Lead project teams through design, planning, permit, and construction.
