Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Project Manager to provide project management services for tenant improvements and building renovations from planning through final delivery to the client.

You will be the day-to-day client contact, responsible for budget and schedule, and will oversee coordination with general contractors, designers, and vendors. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CRE project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred, and 5+ years related experience in commercial real estate project management.
• Strong organizational skills, responsivity, and initiative; customer service oriented; leadership abilities; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services from lease review to move management.
• Develop project budgets and schedules; monitor budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare RFPs for construction services; evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and coordinator with contractors and vendors.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and outcomes.
• Close out project documentation including invoices, warranties, and as-builts.
