Responsibilities include RFPs, bids, contract negotiations, and daily management of project scope and documentation, while maintaining exceptional client communications and service levels.

• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate punchlist completion and TI allowances.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day project operations and vendor oversight.
