Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience with a general contractor on large projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects end‑to‑end and coordinating owners and trades.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Understand contracts and all parties involved; secure permits and insurance for subs.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members and turnover documentation.
• Prepare monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Drive project close‑out: warranties, final payments, and turnover of manuals.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor progress throughout the project.
• Promote a culture of safety on active job sites.
• Support proposals and presentations to win new work.
• Foster inclusion, diversity, and teamwork across the project team.
