Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting on large-scale construction projects in the United States. You will secure permits, verify insurance for subcontractors, and drive project meetings on site.

This role emphasizes safety, team leadership, and timely decision-making, with responsibilities spanning close-out, turnover of manuals, and final payments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understand strategic, operational, and financial components of a project.
• Ability to make timely decisions on complex projects.
• Strong work ethic and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out, including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support the company’s acquisition of new work by participating in proposals and presentations.
• Provide leadership to foster inclusion and diversity.
