Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience with GC on large-scale projects preferred.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with owner, engineering and design firms to ensure project alignment and timely decision making.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, and budgets; manage risk and issues.
• Lead, train and develop project team members; drive safety culture on site.
• Prepare monthly status reports detailing priorities, issues, and progress; manage close-out activities.
