Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a construction project
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and negotiate relationships with owners and trade contractors
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
• Support project stakeholders through effective communication and coordination
• Secure required permits and verify insurance for subcontractors
• Facilitate project meetings and drive safe, efficient on-site execution
• Develop and mentor project team members
• Prepare monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues
• Oversee project close-out, turnover of manuals and warranties, and final payments
• Build relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms
• Monitor progress against the schedule and drive timely decision-making
• Foster an inclusive, diverse project culture
• Support business development through proposals and presentations
