Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead client-site and campus projects, coordinating with facility teams and owners. The role emphasizes budgets, schedules, reporting, and cross-teams management.

The candidate will manage consultants and contractors, ensure compliance with codes and client requirements, and drive project performance while working up to 50% travel. A strong PM background in engineering/construction is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in PM capacity with third-party coordination.
• Hands-on experience with building infrastructure and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• In compliance with client and C&W processes, prepare agendas, budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all design phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building and client policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major problems and results with recommendations to management.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and budget-exceeding expenditures.
