Responsibilities

• Identify projects to pursue.
• Develop and maintain relationships in the industry.
• Participate in proposals and presentations.
• Oversee preconstruction efforts through RFP process.
• Oversee buy-out of the project.
• Monitor budget, schedule and quality.
• Review and approve deliverables.
• Mentor staff and develop team members.
• Escalate issues to the BUL and management.
