Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science or related field with required experience.
• Outage management, project controls, cost estimating, scheduling and procurement experience beneficial.
• Experience in leading projects in a matrix organization and knowledge of Waterfall/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate project activities.
• Maintain safety with Zero Harm focus.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and staff.
• Lead meetings, provide status updates and clear reports.
• Foster teamwork and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to improve design, procedures, schedules, and costs.
• Assist in procurement and contract management for outside services.
• Oversee closeout processes and project benefits realization.
