Job summary

Finley Asphalt & Concrete in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate stakeholders, manage relationships, and set benchmarks for on-time, on-budget deliveries.

You will plan assignments, review progress with senior PMs, and coordinate with field superintendents while maintaining contracts, pricing, and client communications. Relocation bonus may apply for candidates outside VA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and translate them into estimates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with commercial or civil construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with current customers.
• Develop knowledge of Finley’s services and pricing; work on contracts.
• Manage term contracts; prepare takeoffs for change orders.
• Document activities in the proposal management system.
• Review weekly project activities with senior PM and coordinate with field superintendents.
• Meet weekly to discuss projects and progress.
• Inspect completed work against customer and company expectations.
• Administer current GC and future term contracts; assist in invoicing and collections.
