gpac is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Project Manager to lead complex paving projects in Florida. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Relocation assistance is available, and the ideal candidate has 5+ years in asphalt paving, a civil engineering or construction management background, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
