Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence. The role requires coordinating across internal teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors to achieve successful outcomes.

This onsite role in Maple Grove, MN involves site walkthroughs, permitting support, budget tracking, and effective stakeholder communication to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, residential and/or commercial.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of construction projects, on time and on budget.
• Develop accurate bids and estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead pre-design and planning to establish scope, timelines and resources.
• Schedule site walkthroughs to assess progress and quality.
• Navigate permitting to keep projects compliant and on track.
• Manage change orders and update plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide cross-functional leadership with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and manage risks and budgets.
