Job summary

Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will guide teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication with stakeholders across all disciplines.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and contribute to Skanska’s culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 3+ years track record of delivering on‑time projects.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and schedules across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage contracts, change management processes, and procurement activities.
• Lead project reporting and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, preconstruction, and external stakeholders.
• Promote safety, quality, and ethical practices throughout all phases.
