Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with assistant PMs.
• Prepare estimates based on plans and specs.
• Manage change orders and cost reports.
• Monitor progress on site to ensure schedule and budget.
• Travel up to 25%.
