Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead visualization, planning, and execution of restoration projects in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating with property owners, insurers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience in restoration/construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Xactimate or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration, with reconstruction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage 10 to 30 projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating and construction software.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple reconstruction projects from work authorization through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and internal field teams to maintain production timelines.
• Review scopes, estimates, and line items for accuracy, profitability, and alignment with project needs.
• Maintain project documentation, jobsite safety compliance, permits, and inspections.
• Communicate proactively with property owners, property managers, insurance representatives, and adjusters.
• Resolve scope changes and support change orders and supplements while protecting job margins.
• Provide project forecasting, reporting, and operational updates to branch leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience that supports repeat and referral business.
