Job summary

COMPANY NAME:

Project Manager will oversee multiple projects in a multi-location region, reporting status to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinating with PDs on payment terms and collections. Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce, and building experience is essential.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, are required. The role involves frequent site visits, safety compliance, and managing budgets and schedules under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Experience in construction management across multiple project types preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour construction training is required or will be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Coordinate starts, schedule appointments, and manage payment terms and A/R.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and insurance professionals with professionalism.
