Job summary

atiExternal seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. You will report to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinate payment terms and collections.

Proactive communication with customers and subcontractors is essential. Responsibilities include site coordination, safety compliance, and directing field personnel while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
Communicates with customers, subcontractors and insurance professionals.
coordinates job starts and schedules with customers and subcontractors.
Reports status to the Project Director at least three times weekly.
Manages project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R.
Ensures OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD safety compliance on sites.
Uses Salesforce to manage projects, forecasts budgets/labor/material.
