Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up, multi-family construction projects from groundbreaking to TCO. The role emphasizes hands-on, field-first leadership with oversight of subcontractors, scheduling, and cost tracking.

You will coordinate with the project team and ownership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time milestones while managing multiple stakeholders across multi-phase developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential or multifamily construction projects.
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through TCO.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, scheduling, and monthly draw processes.
• Experience with multi-phase developments required.
• Experience with market-rate and affordable housing preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
