Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, headquartered in Conyers, Georgia, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management for complex projects.

You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and field teams, maintain cost reports and change orders, and ensure safety standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. A strong track record in mechanical construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 10+ years in construction project leadership.
• Experience with projects up to $15M.
• Strong budget, scheduling and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction, planning, and scheduling.
• Review and approve budgets for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts.
• Maintain project finances, profitability, and cash flow.
• Lead design coordination with engineers and architects.
• Oversee change orders and cost reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
