Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Conyers, GA to lead pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management for complex projects up to $15M. You will coordinate design with engineers and architects, manage change orders, and oversee cost reporting, safety, and procurement. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience or training.
• 5 years of construction field experience leading projects up to $15M in scope.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Projects, Office, Excel, Word; knowledge of project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling processes from start to finish.
• Review and approve budgets (labor, materials, subcontractors) and allocate resources.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts; manage profitability and cash flow.
• Oversee design coordination with engineers and architects; resolve conflicts.
• Lead submittal, RFI, and change order processes; ensure timely responses.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cost projections; manage procurement and logistics.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards; supervise field personnel.
