Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

You will review project plans and specifications, coordinate with outside vendors, monitor submittals and materials, and present product recommendations to customers. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP or Procore are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the building materials / construction industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP (IFS) or Procore experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules.
• Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.
• Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
