You will oversee budgets, schedules, and submittals, coordinating with General Contractors to deliver quality results on time. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with 2+ years in construction project management and a related degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Project Management experience in Construction or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals effectively.
• Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of carpentry projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules by working closely with General Contractors and Contractors.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all submittals are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project specifications are met.
