Qualifications

• Construction Management Degree or two years’ relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Mechanically inclined with solid mathematical skills for bids.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine materials and budgets.
• Order materials and coordinate with vendors and schedules.
• Direct activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Present information clearly to managers, clients, and teams.
• Forecast and apply good judgment to project coordination tasks.
• Follow procedures for timely project management and billing accuracy.
• Monitor projects to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Develop innovative solutions for execution challenges.
• Maintain project files and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on SLAs.
