Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management with a GC or CM firm.
• Experience on commercial, healthcare, institutional, multifamily, federal, or mixed-use builds.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead client communications and maintain relationships.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Manage procurement, subcontract administration, and change orders.
• Monitor costs and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company standards compliance.
• Support closeout, punch list, and final documentation.
