Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor buyout, procurement, contracts, and payments.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure project docs, drawings, specs are up to date.
• Forecast costs and manage risk across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors, and design teams.
