Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects in the Philadelphia area. You will lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with subs, architects, engineers, and owners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CM/CE/Architecture, 5+ years GC experience, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out project experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
