Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within construction.
• Proven experience in contract management, budgeting, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors as planned.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays that affect timelines or budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
