Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
• Oversee budgets and cost tracking to ensure financial control.
• Lead construction teams including subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
