Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting is partnering with a leading Construction Company to hire a Construction Project Manager in the Atlanta area. The role oversees planning, budgeting, resources, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with MS Project or Procore. PMP is preferred; on-site work with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Oversee project budgets and track costs for cost-effective delivery.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators; provide progress updates.
• Ensure work adheres to safety standards, quality controls, and codes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
• Oversee permitting processes and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports and final reviews.
