Job summary

LC Construction, a division of Capano Management, is seeking a Project Manager who will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on-site, enforcing OSHA standards and LC Construction safety rules.

The role involves leading teams, managing schedules, coordinating with contractors and design professionals, and maintaining project documentation while upholding core values of honesty, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience on projects ranging from $1M-$40M.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) required.
• Flexibility to work additional hours to meet business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
• Current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, prepare bid proposals, and guide on constructability issues.
• Develop scopes of work across disciplines.
• Create project schedules and site logistics plans.
• Coordinate permits from AHJ and arrange utilities.
• Lead project team meetings and track progress, safety and activities.
• Maintain contract documents, revisions, addenda, and specs.
• Coordinate delivery and scheduling of equipment and materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, officials and designers.
